Founder & Director

Lucinda is the Founder & Director of BPR. With more than a decade of experience working both agency and client-side, Lucinda is an award-winning comms professional with a knack for copy writing, a passion for storytelling and vast-reaching experience across a huge range of industry sectors. When she’s not leading the team at BPR, she’ll be in her backyard with her daughter, husband and dog, drinking Aperol Spritz and badgering people to play card games.

Courtney Frank

CLient director

Courtney brings more than 10 years of journalist and creative director experience to the BPR team, always the first one to bring bold ideas, fresh perspectives… and maybe a little drama (the good kind, of course!) to the table. When she’s not juggling photo shoots, developing news-worthy angles or running between client meetings, you’ll find her beachside, glass of red in hand, or wrangling her (very) loud family.

Edwina is our budding publicist, with a passion for the pivotal role PR has in a company’s success. With a strong history working within the fashion industry and eCommerce arenas, Edwina has developed her proficiencies as both a PR & marketing pro through executing results-driven strategies. Oh, and she’s the least ‘Gen Z’ Gen Z you’ll ever meet.

Sophie is our PR Assistant, joining the team following her three-month internship. Learning the ropes of all things PR & organic social media while finishing her law degree at UQ, Soph is passionate about harnessing strong storytelling in the fashion and lifestyle arenas. Bringing a fresh, analytical approach to the office, Soph is also the one you’ll often find helping the wider team with anything numbers and budget related, and looking over contracts or trademarks, merging her legal skills with PR every day.

Jack is the behind the scenes brain of the office, keeping the creative minds in the team working efficiently and all the cogs of the office are whirring for optimum success. With a strong history actively managing large teams, he takes a hands on approach to business development, success strategies and growth-based brand tactics. He’s also always the first one to suggest a ‘Friday Frothy’ and is frequently being updated on the latest social media trend (mostly unwillingly).

Lulu is a QUT student juggling her time between actress work, getting her Communications degree and working at BPR to keep all the cogs whirring for the business. With a keen interest in emerging markets, Lulu is the first to tell the team about a new TikTok trend or suggest emerging ideas for clients. So, I guess she’s the most ‘Gen Z’ Gen Z you’ll ever meet.
